Menu

Chiles en Nogada Mild poblano chiles stuffed with an exotic blend of pork and beef, almonds, yellow peaches, pears, and raisins in a cream sauce of walnuts, pine nuts, almonds, goat cheese and milk. Garnished with parsley and pomegranate seeds, this is a colonial dish reflecting the colors of the Mexican flag: red, white, and green.

Torta Pascualina A delicious vegetarian pie stuffed with three cheeses (parmesan, Swiss, and ricotta), kale, spinach, and chard, all in a baked butter crust.

Quinoa Salad South American quinoa cooked to perfection, cucumbers, tomatoes, red bell peppers, avocados, and lime juice.

Dessert Flan, an exquisite South American custard flavored with vanilla beans.
